Adults 21 and older can fill key volunteer roles at a World Changers project. Bring your construction knowledge, your heart for mentoring students, or both. Some roles qualify for a discounted rate.
Volunteers serve alongside student groups from churches across the country. If you have construction skills, a heart for mentoring, or experience in medical first aid, there is a role designed for you. World Changers staff assign positions based on your skills and the needs of each site.
Volunteers must be 21 or older. Those selected for key construction and coordination roles receive a discounted project rate of $150 (standard rate is $329). A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at registration.

Lead a crew of 10–12 students and adults on a real worksite. Your construction know-how keeps the project moving and your leadership gives students a model of what it looks like to serve with skill and purpose. Selected by the Construction Coordinator based on your experience.

Assist the Crew Chief, help collect evangelism reports, and keep the crew energized throughout the week. This role is about presence, encouragement, and ensuring no student gets left behind. Selected by the Project Coordinator.
