Spending a summer with World Changers means demanding work with deep rewards. Staffers serve on mission projects across North America, using their talents to help others while mentoring students and adults in service and faith sharing.

Supports the Project Coordinator with group communications, manages the project office, oversees Marketplace operations, handles administrative tasks, coordinates check-in procedures, and assists with driving.
Leads worship during gatherings, sets up and breaks down spaces, shares project highlights on social media, educates participants about mission work, and supports team operations including training and devotions.
Manages AV equipment setup and breakdown, operates and edits video content, maintains equipment functionality, performs facility maintenance, hosts church groups, and assists with driving if eligible.
