A summer with World Changers is more than a job. You spend eight weeks alongside students and adult leaders, equipping them to share the gospel through hands-on service. You are not just fixing a roof. You are modeling what it looks like to give your life away for something bigger than yourself.
If God is stirring something in you about ministry and discipleship, this is a great first step. You will grow in your own faith while investing deeply in others. Three positions are available for Summer 2026.
Keep the project running behind the scenes while building relationships with every group that comes through. You support the Project Coordinator, manage communications, oversee Marketplace operations, and handle check-in. Your consistency creates the environment where students can focus on serving.
Use your gifts to set the tone for worship and create space for students to encounter God. You lead music during gatherings, share project stories on social media, facilitate devotions, and help educate participants on the mission behind the work. Your role sets the spiritual temperature of the week.
Tell the story of what God is doing at the project. You manage AV setup and breakdown, shoot and edit video content, host church groups, and maintain equipment. Every clip you capture and every gathering you support helps students and leaders carry the mission home with them.
